When you collect the key code from the IPG Vacation Homes office, a $250 credit card impression is taken to safe guard against breakages or damage. This is removed within 15 days of departure when there are no breakages or damage. If something is broken or damaged, ONLY the cost of repair or replacement is charged to the card.
